ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Age Criteria

  • School Admission:2 years + as on 31st March (respective academic session)
  • Nursery School Admission: 3 years + as on 31st March (respective academic session)
  • LKG School Admission: 4 years + as on 31st March (respective academic session)
  • UKG School Admission: 5 years + as on 31st March (respective academic session)
  • Grade 1 School Admission: 6 years + as on 31st March (respective academic session)
  • Grade 2 School Admission: 7 years + as on 31st March (respective academic session)
  • Grade 3 School Admission: 8 years + as on 31st March (respective academic session)
  • Grade 4 School Admission: 9 years + as on 31st March (respective academic session)
  • Grade 5 School Admission: 10 years + as on 31st March (respective academic session)
  • Grade 6 School Admission: 11 years + as on 31st March (respective academic session)
  • Grade 7 School Admission: 12 years + as on 31st March (respective academic session)
  • Grade 8 School Admission: 13 years + as on 31st March (respective academic session)
  • Grade 9 School Admission: 14 years + as on 31st March (respective academic session)
  • Grade 10 School Admission: 15 years + as on 31st March (respective academic session)

List of documents

  • Duly filled school admission form
  • Authentic birth certificate of the child.
  • Three passport size photograph each of mother, father and child
  • Medical Record (Vaccination Record) for grades Pre – Nursery to KG) / Fitness Certificate from a medical practitioner for grades 1 onwards.
  • Photocopy of original mark sheet of last examination passed (For Grade 3 and above)
  • Photocopy of residential address proof of father and mother or legal guardian with whom student is residing.
  • Photocopy of Aadhar Card of the child, father and mother or legal guardian.
  • Custody papers in case of single parent
  • Students to be promoted to the subsequent class are eligible for admission on submission of School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate (TC) duly countersigned by the appropriate authority, and the marks sheet of the lower Class. TC, if not submitted at the time of admission, is to be submitted within 90 days of commencement of the academic session, failing which the student is liable for withdrawal.

Note:

1. Transport Fee: Optional (only for student availing Transport). It is charged as per kilometer.

2. CBSE Examination Fee: In addition to Composite Fee, CBSE Examination Fee will be charged as per the CBSE Guidelines.

3. Meal Fee: Optional (only for student availing Meal). It is charged quarterly.

Pre-Nursery – KG: Informal interaction with parents & child.

Grade 1 onwards: The procedure includes an assessment for the child, followed by an informal interaction with the child and the parents.

  • Duly filled school admission form
