The teaching faculty of Shalom Group of Schools set the ball rolling while engaging in a pulsating Zumba session, the very first morning after the Summer Break. Endorsing the culture of the school under the tutelage of the most revered MD ma’am, Dr (Mrs.) Lily George, the entire staff beaming with boundless vigour foot tapped on upbeat music.

The session served as an excellent opportunity for teachers to engage in physical exercise after a period of reduced activity during the summer break. The lively music created a pleasurable and spirited atmosphere. The infectious rhythm, and dynamic dance moves facilitated the educators unwind, boost their mood, and alleviate stress. It provided an opportunity for interaction after a long break in a positive and inclusive environment.
