The morning assembly at our school today was presented by the students of grade 4C, focusing on the theme of ‘Embracing Diversity’. The assembly began with a warm welcome note and introduction to the theme by Riya Suzuki and Veer Malik, who set the tone for the entire program. Following the welcome note, the assembly continued with the recitation of the Lord’s Prayer, the Shloka, and the sharing of current news, which helped to engage and create awareness among the audience.
“Our cultures, traditions, and languages are the foundations upon which we build our identity” With this thought, students of Grade 4C presented an assembly on 3.11.2023. They showcased our country’s glorious heritage, rich customs, and traditions. The special highlight of the assembly was a silent act enacted by Jyotiraditya, Adidev, Aditya and Damian, that aimed to shed light on the significance of the unity of different religions worldwide. This was followed by a poem “Sare Jahan se Achcha “. The skit effectively conveyed the message, leaving the audience with a greater understanding of patriotism and unity in diversity.
Students in the audience were introduced to the heritage and diverse traditions of our culturally rich country, ‘India’. The confident orators, dancers, singers, and performers of Grades 4C enthralled the audience with their captivating performances. The sheer exuberance of the assembly left an indelible imprint on young minds and helped them understand the cultural diversity of our country.
