– Nelson Mandela Human Rights Day is celebrated annually around the world on 10 December every year.The date was chosen to honor the United Nations General Assembly\'s adoption and proclamation, on 10 December 1948, of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the first global enunciation of human rights and one of the first major achievements of the new United Nations. To celebrate the theme ,grade VIII B presented the assembly on 7.12.2023 . The assembly commenced with the Lord’s prayer and the Sanskrit shloka , followed by the thoughts and word of the day. Then the news was presented by Anoovi and a powerful speech was delivered by Avni . The assembly culminated by showcasing a musical performance and concluded it with a School song and the National anthem. Ms Monika ,the Principal of the school addressed the gathering.
