The annual assembly of grade 5 was held on 20th December 2023 in the school auditorium. This highly anticipated event aimed to pay tribute to our country’s values and national heroes while showcasing the talents of the grade 5 students. Under the guidance of our esteemed and beloved MD Ma’am, the assembly turned out to be a grand success, leaving the parents mesmerized with the performances. The assembly began with a heartfelt address by respected MD Ma’am, who warmly welcomed the parents and expressed her gratitude for their presence. Her words of encouragement and support set the momentum for the event, creating an atmosphere of unity and appreciation. The students of grade 5 then took the stage to extend a warm welcome to the parents and grandparents through a well-prepared welcome address. They expressed their gratitude for their presence and acknowledged the crucial role their families play in their academic journey.
The first performance of the assembly was a prayer dance presented by the students of grade 5D. This beautifully choreographed dance conveyed a sense of devotion and spirituality, setting a serene and peaceful atmosphere for the rest of the event. Following the prayer dance, the students of grade 5A took the stage to showcase a dance drama on the theme of “Save Environment.” Through their performance, they aimed to raise awareness about the importance of preserving and protecting our environment. The students effectively conveyed the message through their well-coordinated dance moves and expressive facial expressions. Continuing the theme of paying tribute to national heroes, the students of grade 5B presented a musical drama dedicated to Captain Rakesh Sharma, the first Indian to go into space. This awe-inspiring performance depicted his journey and accomplishments, leaving the audience in complete admiration of his bravery and determination. Lastly, the students of grade 5C paid tribute to our national heroes, the soldiers, through their powerful performance. With great pride and respect, they showcased the bravery and sacrifices made by our soldiers to protect the nation. Overall, the annual assembly of grade 5 was a resounding success. The event not only showcased the talents and creativity of the students but also instilled a deep sense of patriotism and admiration for our national heroes. It was a memorable and inspiring event for everyone, leaving a lasting impact on the hearts and minds of the audience.
