Shalom Presidency School held its investiture ceremony on 16 May 2024 in the school auditorium, a hallmark event graced by our Founder and Chairperson Dr. Mrs. Lilly George and Vice-chairman Mr. Dennis George. Their presence added significant prestige to the occasion. The event featured a vibrant choir performance and a dignified march past by the student council, followed by the distribution of leadership badges and sashes. Vice-chairman, Mr. Dennis George led the oath-taking, emphasizing integrity and responsibility. The head boy and head girl expressed gratitude to chairperson and Vice chairperson , sharing their vision for the session and inspiring their peers. They thanked the Principal and teachers for their guidance and motivation. The head boy and head girl concluded their speeches with the rousing line, “Shalom Arise,” encapsulating the spirit and aspirations of the school community. Dr Mrs. George inspired the audience to focus on chiselling their character and be an exemplary Shalomite, while Mr George emphasized the importance of a disciplined lifestyle. The Vice Head Boy conveyed a heartfelt vote of thanks, recognizing everyone's contributions. The ceremony concluded with the rendition of the Shalom anthem and the national anthem, instilling a sense of pride and patriotism among all attendees.
