On 9th October 2024, Shalom Presidency School transformed into a vibrant celebration of French language and culture, hosting the much-anticipated French Open House. The talented students of Grade 5, along with their parents, gathered to witness an extraordinary display of language skills, creativity, and cultural understanding.

The French Open House began with a soulful Prayer and a warm welcome, followed by an insightful presentation on \"Pourquoi le français est important\" (Why French is Important). The event highlighted not only the importance of learning French as a global language but also the incredible opportunities our Navigators provide to immerse students in diverse cultures.

From the heartwarming Song of Salutations and confident self-introductions in Présentez- vous, to the dramatic portrayal of famous French figures in the Character Enactment, our students left the audience enthralled. The energetic French Dance Performance and colorful presentation on Les Fruits further demonstrated their enthusiasm and creativity, captivating every guest.

A major highlight was the dazzling French Fashion Show, where students confidently showcased their French-themed costumes, combining elegance and cultural flair. The event concluded on a high note with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks and the proud rendition of the Shalom Anthem.

This successful event was made possible because of the unwavering support and opportunities provided by our Navigators and the leadership team. Their constant encouragement ensures that our students are not only equipped with language skills but also exposed to global cultures and traditions, nurturing them into well-rounded individuals.
