The Ocean Olympiad 2024, a thrilling two-day swimming championship hosted by the Shalom Group of Schools, took place on 27 th and 28 th September 2024, attracting 114 talented young athletes from 25 prestigious schools across Gurugram and Delhi NCR. This vibrant event transcended mere competition, transforming into a celebration of dedication, teamwork, and the indomitable spirit of youth.

The guidance of our Founder and Chairperson, Dr. Mrs. Lilly George, resonated throughout the event. The opening ceremony set an electric tone for the Olympiad, featuring heartfelt welcome of our esteemed Sherpa and Vice Chairman - Mr. Dennis George. His vision of harmonizing academics with sports has become the foundation of \"Ocean Olympiad 2.0,\" ushering in a new era of excellence at our institution. A touching moment was when our Head Boy and Head Girl presented a symbolic planter to Vice Chairman Sir—a gesture that beautifully embodied growth and support within the Shalom family.
