From November 6th to 9th, 2024, the inquisitive minds of Grade 2 students at Shalom Presidency had the opportunity to shine in their vibrant Academic Presentation, The Seed Saga. Under the inspiring guidance of our visionary Founder and Chairperson, Dr. Mrs. Lilly George, this event brought to life the beauty of learning, collaboration, and creativity among our youngest scholars.
The program commenced with a warm vote of thanks from the students, who expressed heartfelt gratitude for the efforts behind the event\'s success. Through their presentation, they explored the fascinating journey of food from farm to table, promoting themes of healthy eating, world cuisines, and balanced nutrition. The young learners passionately showcased their knowledge of diverse foods, including pizza, sushi, tacos, and curry, and educated the audience on essential food groups and the role of hydration in maintaining good health.
Adding a touch of liveliness, the students performed a dynamic dance and recited insightful poems in both English and Hindi, reinforcing the value of nutritious food in a delightful way. The grand finale united their talents through dance, poetry, and song, closing the event on a high note of joy and celebration. The Seed Saga not only highlighted the students’ academic prowess but also nurtured their love for knowledge and well-being—a presentation as inspiring as it was heartwarming.
