The school auditorium buzzed with anticipation on January 24, 2025, as students from grades 3, 4, and 5 came together for the much-awaited Spellathon Challenge. This vibrant celebration of linguistic prowess aimed to test the students' spelling skills while fostering a spirit of fun, friendly competition, and a love for learning.
The showdown unfolded in three thrilling rounds: the Dictation Round, the Word Scramble, and the nail-biting Rapid Fire. Each round was meticulously crafted to stretch the participants' spelling abilities and showcase their linguistic finesse.
Adding an extra layer of excitement, we were privileged to have our Sherpa & Vice Chairman- Mr. Dennis George, grace the occasion. His inspiring presence lit up the event, and his words of encouragement reinforced the importance of spelling as a cornerstone of effective communication. “Spellings,” he shared, “are the building blocks of expression and creativity—a skill that sharpens the mind and polishes language proficiency.”
The competition was judged by our esteemed educators, Ms. Swati and Ms. Pooja, whose encouraging remarks uplifted the participants as they marveled at their focus and determination.
