The Investiture Ceremony at Shalom Presidency School on 8 May 2025 was a memorable celebration of leadership, integrity, and the trust placed in the newly elected student leaders. The event, attended by distinguished Navigators, proud parents, teachers, and students, honored the responsibilities entrusted to the Student Council and inspired all present with renewed commitment.

The ceremony began with a warm welcome from the hosts, who shared inspiring words about leadership and vision. Esteemed dignitaries, our Founder & Chairperson, Dr. Mrs. Lilly George, and our Sherpa & Vice Chairman, Mr. Dennis George, were honoured for their pivotal role in shaping Shalom Presidency School into a beacon of excellence.

A significant moment was the lighting of the lamp by the student leaders, symbolising knowledge, enlightenment, and leadership. This was followed by a soulful prayer led by students, filling the air with tranquillity. The flag was passed from the outgoing Head Girl and Head Boy to their successors, marking the continuity of Shalom’s legacy.

The newly elected leaders took their oath, guided by our Sherpa, pledging integrity and responsibility. The Sash Ceremony symbolised the honor and duty of leadership. The event featured a choir performance, a ceremonial march, and speeches by the Head Girl and Head Boy, inspiring their peers to embrace the values of Shalom.
