On 13th August 2025, the young Shalomites of Grade I presented a delightful assembly to mark the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami. The celebration began with a cheerful welcome and a soulful bhajan “Shree Krishna Govind Hare Murari”, creating an atmosphere of devotion and festivity.

Through engaging narrations, role play, and graceful performances, the students highlighted Lord Krishna’s timeless values of love, compassion, righteousness, and joy. Colourful depictions of Krishna’s childhood leelas added vibrancy and charm, leaving the audience enchanted.

The assembly concluded with a collective chant of “Jai Shri Krishna”. The morning was a heart- warming reminder of Krishna’s divine teachings and left everyone inspired with festive cheer.
