The students of Grade 5 at Shalom Presidency School presented their academic showcase, A Voyage Through Space, over three days — 12th, 13th, and 14th August 2025. Guided by the vision of our Founder, Dr. Lilly George, and the dynamic leadership of our Sherpa & Vice Chairman-Mr. Dennis George, the presentation reflected the school's commitment to igniting curiosity, fostering creativity, and encouraging collaborative learning.
The auditorium transformed into a cosmic stage as students took on the roles of astronauts, poets, scientists, and storytellers, leading the audience through an engaging journey across planets, stars, and galaxies. Each section delivered unique performances blending facts, drama, poetry, and music, combining academic depth with artistic expression.
A special highlight was the thoughtful gesture of gifting parents a handcrafted moon, created by the students to symbolise light, dreams, and limitless possibilities. This personal touch strengthened the bond between home and school, making the event even more memorable.
A Voyage Through Space was a celebration of imagination, teamwork, and learning — a shining example of Shalom's belief that every child's potential is brighter than the stars.
