The CBSE Youth Ideathon 2025 Orientation Session was conducted on 27th October 2025 in the auditorium of Shalom Presidency School. The session aimed to ignite the spirit of innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship among students while familiarising them with the objectives and structure of this national-level initiative by the CBSE Innovation Cell. Students from Grades VIII to XI attended the session along with their class and subject teachers.

The orientation began with an engaging introduction to the Youth Ideathon programme, highlighting its vision of nurturing young problem-solvers and encouraging them to think beyond conventional boundaries. Resource persons explained the Entrepreneurial Quotient (EQ) Test, the idea submission process, and the five progressive stages of the Ideathon—from ideation to national recognition. Through visuals, interactive discussions, and real-life success stories of young innovators from previous editions, students were inspired to observe challenges in their surroundings and develop innovative solutions.

The session concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the CBSE Innovation Cell and the school management for providing students with this empowering platform. It was an enlightening and motivating experience that kindled curiosity, creativity, and entrepreneurial zeal among the young Shalomites, perfectly resonating with the vision of Atma-nirbhar Bharat.
