Shalom Presidency School organised an enriching Financial Literacy Workshop for students in Grades X, XI, and XII on November 4, 2025. The session was facilitated by Mr Shunil Tripathi, an eminent Career Counsellor and Teacher Trainer with over two decades of experience in the education sector. An alumnus of Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and the University of Delhi, Mr Tripathi has worked with organisations such as SCERT, ICAI and various national financial literacy bodies, contributing significantly to NEP-aligned learning initiatives.
The workshop focused on essential aspects of financial planning, including budgeting, saving, investment, banking systems, digital transactions, and responsible financial decision- making. Students also explored emerging career pathways in finance and commerce. The interactive nature of the session encouraged students to participate actively and seek clarity on real-life financial scenarios.
The workshop successfully empowered students with practical knowledge to make informed and responsible financial choices in the future.
