Shalom Presidency School conducted an informative Road Safety Workshop on 1 December 2025 to promote awareness about safe road practices among students. Facilitators from the Traffic Education Cell led the session, introducing students to essential road safety rules through interactive discussions, real-life examples, and visual demonstrations.

Students learned about traffic signals, pedestrian guidelines, the correct use of zebra crossings, and the importance of helmets and seatbelts. The resource persons also cautioned them against unsafe behaviours such as using mobile phones while walking, speeding, and ignoring safety gear.

An engaging Q&A session enabled students to clarify doubts and reflect on responsible behaviour as future road users. The workshop proved highly impactful, reinforcing the importance of safety education. The school administration appreciated the efforts of the facilitators and reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing aware and responsible citizeans.
