The students of Grade VII-A presented a thoughtful and engaging class assembly on 25 November 2025 in the School Assembly Area, commemorating Thanksgiving Day and World Pollution Prevention Day. The programme beautifully blended gratitude with environmental awareness, creating a meaningful start to the day for the entire school community.

The assembly opened on a serene note with a prayer. Students then shared the Thought of the Day with an explanation, followed by updates on the latest international, national, sports, and weather news, enriching their peers with global awareness.

A heartfelt English poem on gratitude reminded everyone of the importance of appreciating life’s blessings. This was followed by a powerful, thought-provoking skit on pollution prevention, emphasising the need to protect our environment through responsible actions and conscious choices.

A melodious group song celebrating thankfulness became the highlight of the morning, encouraging students to acknowledge and appreciate the many individuals who contribute to their lives.

The assembly concluded with the School Anthem and the National Anthem, leaving the audience with a strong message- gratitude enriches our lives, and collective responsibility safeguards our planet.

“We should certainly count our blessings, but we should also make our blessings count.”
