Shalom Presidency School had the honour of hosting Britannica – The Leaders Cut, an exclusive leadership forum, on Saturday, 20 December. The closed-door, roundtable engagement brought together Directors, Owners, and Principals from leading schools across the Delhi NCR region. Curated by Britannica Education, the forum was designed to encourage reflective dialogue, challenge existing educational paradigms, and inspire purposeful change in contemporary schooling.
The forum was graced by the presence of our Sherpa & Vice Chairman, Mr Dennis George, whose participation added depth and perspective to the deliberations. Moderated by the Britannica team, the session centred on the theme “ Skill Building & Research Thinking: Shaping Learners for the Future.” Education leaders engaged in insightful discussions on redefining learning outcomes, integrating research-oriented practices at the school level, and equipping students with transferable, future-ready skills.
The forum fostered collaborative reflection and a shared vision for education rooted in critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and holistic skill development, reaffirming a collective commitment to nurturing resilient and future-ready learners.
