Diwali Celebrations

Diwali celebrations at Shalom Presidency School, illuminated everyone’s heart with joy and fervour. An exuberant pre-diwali celebration was held on 2 November, 2021. The celebrations comprised a bunch of exhilarating activities for the students. The mood of festivity was set by invoking the blessings of Lord Ganesh, and Goddess Laxmi through a video. This was followed by showcasing a PPT where a pledge towards “Harit Diwali-Swasth Diwali” was taken by all to counter the hazardous effects of bursting crackers. Our little MasterChefs created sumptuous Diwali Sweets and were thrilled to share the same with their family. They also unleashed their creativity using available material to create attractive Diwali décor such as Paper lanterns, Diyas, Wall Hangings, Paper Flower Torans and many such other items.
It was a memorable day in so many ways as everyone enjoyed the Diwali celebrations wholeheartedly.
