A session titled “New Session, New Me: Starting Strong” was conducted on 02 April 2026 in the Conference Hall, by the school counsellor for students of Grades VI–VIII. The session aimed at fostering self-reflection, encouraging goal setting, and enabling students to begin the new academic year with a positive mindset. The session commenced with an engaging icebreaker activity wherein students enthusiastically imitated actions from a video, creating a lively and cheerful atmosphere. This was followed by a reflective activity, “My Starting Point,” where students identified their strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement. Further, students participated in a goal-setting activity titled “My One Goal,” which guided them to set a simple and achievable goal along with a practical action plan. The session witnessed active participation, with students sharing their thoughts in a supportive environment. The session concluded with a reflection segment, reinforcing the importance of consistency, self-belief, and taking small yet meaningful steps towards personal growth. Overall, the session proved to be interactive and impactful, helping students begin the academic year with clarity, motivation, and a renewed sense of purpose.
