We believe in nurturing a positive learning environment where students prosper academically and as well as emotionally. With this in mind, we organised an interactive session personalised for our middle students to address the common concerns surrounding exams and equip them with vital coping strategies. The session started with a comprehensive exploration of the root causes of exam-related worries, the role of fear, and negative thinking patterns in intensifying stress. Students were introduced to a range of study skills, including efficient planning, time management, goal setting, and Prioritise. The session concluded on an interactive note, providing students with the opportunity to voice their queries and concerns.
