“Give the Girl Child, wings to Fly, let her blossom and touch the Sky.”

The International Day of Girl Child is a recognized event by the United Nations and is observed every year on October 11 globally. It is also known as ‘Days of Girls’ and is celebrated with the objective to spread awareness regarding gender equality and the problems, challenges and needs of girls around the world and to promote their empowerment.
Keeping this in mind, students of class IV C of Shalom Presidency School will be presenting a small act with dances to reflect the theme of empowerment of girl child. The assembly will start with the prayer followed by Shloka, thought of the day, word of the day, News along with a role play by the students. They will recite a poem and the take away message will be shared by the Class In charge. The assembly will be concluded with the school anthem.
