“Excursions are a breather from  the mundanity of daily life.”

The Shalom Presidency School had organized a day trip to Rocksport Adventure Camp, Gurugram, on October 21, 2022 for students of Classes VI to XII. Close to 250 students had gone for the excursion and were accompanied by 26 teachers . The students thoroughly enjoyed various adventure activities that were specially organised for the children. These included Hill hiking, Zip Lining, Burma Bridge, Rock Climbing, Tug of War, Archery, and Tractor Ride. Such activities not only helped the children freshen up their minds but also learn the importance of team work and being one with nature. The day ended up with children dancing their hearts out to some popular numbers. It was indeed one of its kind experience for the children, as the exciting day came to an end with parents happily receiving their exhausted yet contented children in the school premises.
