Topic: Physical and chemical changes (Grade VII)
- Topic was introduced by a take-off activity- speaker prepared a glass of green tea and asked few questions based on the changes observed.
- Teacher explained the differences between physical and chemical changes through various examples (tearing of paper, etc.)
- Demonstrations were given to explain the temporary and permanent changes (copper sulphate solution, etc.)
- TMr. Pradeep also explained the lesson plan details- Objectives should focus on 'knowledge', 'application', 'understanding' and 'skill'; SDGs should be mentioned; 21st century skills (collaboration) to be done.
- Recapitulation of topic was done through multiple choice questions.
- Homework was mentioned; explained how to draw a mind map.
