On 29 June 2026, a Teacher Wellness Session on Social, Emotional & Mental Well-being was conducted by Ms. Chetna Luthra, RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist from Marengo Asia Hospital.
The session focused on promoting teachers' mental well-being through self-awareness, emotional regulation, stress management, and self-care. Ms. Luthra highlighted the importance of coping with everyday stress, building meaningful relationships, adapting to challenges, maintaining realistic expectations, and making time for self-care.
Teachers were introduced to practical strategies such as mindfulness, deep breathing, and the "Name it to Tame it" technique to manage emotions effectively and enhance resilience. The interactive session concluded with a meaningful discussion, reinforcing that prioritising personal well-being enables educators to create a healthy, positive, and supportive learning environment for their students.
