On January 8, 2025, Shalom Presidency School hosted an enlightening training session on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH). Conducted by Mr. Ankur Agarwal, a CBSE resource person, the session was attended by all staff members and aimed to create a safer and more respectful work environment.

Ms. Aggarwal explained the critical elements of the POSH Act, emphasizing the importance of awareness, prevention, and redressal mechanisms for workplace harassment. Through relatable examples and interactive discussions, participants were encouraged to share insights and questions, making the session highly engaging and informative.
