Shalom Presidency School, in collaboration with IDC, conducted an enriching and insightful Career Planning Orientation Workshop for students of Grade XII on April 16, 2026. The session was led by Ms Radhika Narayan Lazarus, a distinguished and certified Career Counsellor from Boston University, who brings over a decade of experience in guiding students.

The workshop focused on helping students explore diverse career pathways, understand future opportunities, and make informed decisions about their professional journeys. Students were also introduced to the IDC app and its features, enabling them to access personalised guidance for their career-related queries.

The session was highly interactive, encouraging students to engage, ask questions, and gain clarity on various career options and decision-making processes. Overall, the workshop proved to be a valuable learning experience, equipping students with the awareness and confidence to navigate their future careers effectively.
